PICK- UP
If you select a pick-up order and write down your pick-up request, you can receive the product directly on the day you want.
Our business is located in NW CALGARY.
Once you place your order, we'll provide you with the exact address for pick-up at checkout.
We sell our products through home business, so we have different characteristics from the sales place where we can visit any time.
We cannot pick up the product through the walk-in, so please make sure to share the exact visit time with our staff and make sure that you can pick it up at the exact time. (Please contact us in advance if the visit time is changed or delayed.)
Except for large party products that require delivery/installation, flower balloons and party products that can be sold singly can be picked up. In the case of products that are not single but have various configurations, a vehicle that can be picked up must be prepared, so please consider this and prepare an appropriate level of vehicle. We reiterate that we cannot take responsibility for the destruction of the product due to space problems.
DELIVERY
Product delivery will be delivered directly to your designated location by Miss Balloon vehicles. We don't currently offer balloon service for outdoor parties, so delivery to outdoor events is not possible.
If you want a specific delivery date, the order must be placed at least 2-3 days in advance, and all inquiries regarding delivery must be made

1. Delivery fee and area
- In Calgary : C$15
- Surrounding area(Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere) : C$25
- Please contact us separately for other areas outside Calgary.
2. Delivery principle
- Balloons are delivered directly to customers
- If the customer cannot receive it directly, it can be received through an agent.
- When designating an agent, the agent's name and address must be provided.
- If no one can receive the balloon, we will leave a message and leave it at the door. Please understand that Miss Balloon is not responsible for the product damage caused by this.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds for Cancellation:
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery time. Refund requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up or delivery time will not be honored.
2. No Returns:
Please note that Miss Balloons does not accept returns of any products once they have been delivered or picked up. We strive to provide you with the best experience and products, and due to the nature of balloons, we cannot resell or reuse them once they have left our premises.
3. How to Request a Refund:
If you are eligible for a refund according to our policy, please follow these steps.
